ULI: Harrison: Northern New Jersey’s Next Hoboken?

Join us as ULI members and colleagues convene at the newly constructed Red Bull Arena in Harrison  for a morning  panel discussion  focused on what is likely to become New Jersey’s next major transit oriented development location. An optional walking tour of segments of the redevelopment area will follow.
The first panel will feature Harrison’s perspective on redevelopment featuring representatives from the municipality and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. The second panel, featuring both developers and leasing experts, will speak to the development  process and demand.  The last panel will wrap up with a discussion of the perception of Harrison from a capital market perspective. Topics will include financing, institutional development and investor demand.

Screening: Documentary film ‘Shored Up’

New Jersey Future is sponsoring the screening of Shored Up. At the conclusion of the film there will be a panel discussion and question-and-answer session featuring the film’s director and several local coastal and environmental scientists.

The screening begins at 7:00 pm at Holy Cross School, 40 Rumson Rd. in Rumson. Doors open at 6:30 pm. Through New Jersey Future’s sponsorship of the event, admission is free.
