We greatly appreciate your interest in volunteering with us, and we'll do the best we can to make your experience enjoyable and rewarding. Please give us some information about you so that we may do our best to match you with opportunities that take advantage of your skills.

    Volunteers play an important role in helping New Jersey Future meet its mission. We hope that volunteering will be rewarding for you as well. New Jersey Future commits to the following:

    • Notification. To keep your information on file at New Jersey Future and to notify you when appropriate volunteer opportunities arise.
    • Induction and training. To provide you with a thorough introduction to the work of New Jersey Future and its staff, information on your volunteering role and the training you need to meet the responsibilities of this role.
    • Supervision, support and flexibility. To connect you with a specific person who will meet with you to discuss volunteering and any successes or challenges in order to help you develop your volunteering role with us.
    • Equal opportunities. To ensure that all volunteers are dealt with in accordance with our equal opportunity policy.
    • Problems. To try to resolve fairly any problems, grievances or difficulties you may have while you volunteer with us.
