The secondSpecialized Topic Expertise for the Local Demonstration Project Program, seeks professional sub-consultants with expertise in specialized topics to support the work of pre-selected firms that will be undertaking projects under the Local Demonstration Project (LDP) Program. The NJSCC will establish a list of “On-Call” pre-qualified sub-consultants to support and materially advance the development of the Local Demonstration Projects for the Regional Plan for Sustainable Development (RPSD) for the 13-county North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority (NJTPA) region.
