Panelists will reflect on the unfolding disaster recovery efforts in Texas, Florida, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean with the lessons learned from Sandy efforts, five years later. The goal of the panel-based discussion is to reflect a variety of sector-based responses, and leave an opportunity to consider next steps, which will be extremely topical in the recovery process in each impacted area.
