FAQ on LTCP Consultant Request for Proposals

Q: If my firm is selected for this job, and helps prepare a model RFP for CSO LTCPs, will it face a conflict-of-interest in competing to work on a LTCP for a New Jersey CSO permittee?

A: No. First of all, the model RFP will ultimately be the product of the New Jersey Future committee. Second, your involvement with the New Jersey Future model RFP would not give you any special information regarding what a New Jersey CSO permittee is looking for. Third, CSO permittees may or may not use the model RFP in full or in part, and regardless of whether they do or not, all competing firms will have equal opportunity to share their qualifications with the permittee.

Q: How should proposals be submitted?

A: Submission by email is preferred, to Chris Sturm  (csturmatnjfuturedotorg)  . Files too large to email may be uploaded to our Hightail account.
