Molly manages New Jersey Future’s resilience policy work and Mainstreaming Green Infrastructure (MGI) program, advancing climate adaptation and green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) through research, policy development, and cross-sector partnerships.
She began her career as a Policy Intern with the New Jersey Senate Majority Office before joining the New Jersey League of Conservation Voters, where she managed the Flood Defense NJ campaign to advance stormwater utilities implementation and other water policy initiatives. Prior to joining New Jersey Future, Molly worked for a watershed restoration nonprofit in Virginia Beach, where she led policy campaigns and a sustainable business program, providing sustainability coaching to local businesses and fostering partnerships to advance GSI and other nature-based solutions supporting the City’s water quality and resilience goals.
Molly is a Certified Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professional (CBPL) and holds a B.S. in Environmental Science with a minor in Political Science from Roanoke College.
