Reagan is the Corporate and Individual Giving Development Manager for New Jersey Future. She works to build and strengthen relationships that bolster the organization’s mission of creating a more sustainable New Jersey through smart planning and development. In this role, she partners with the team to communicate the impact of NJF’s work to current and prospective donors and grow support for initiatives.

Prior to joining New Jersey Future, Reagan worked in nonprofit development roles focused on donor engagement and strategic communications. Before transitioning to nonprofit work, she spent 10 years working in finance in New York City. She holds a BA in Political Science from The College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from Columbia University.
