The symposium will consist of two parts: a morning session, which will cover topics including draft revisions to the NJ Stormwater Rule, the NJ Stormwater BMP Manual, the NJ Future Green Infrastructure Municipal Toolkit, and impacts of urban flooding; and an afternoon session dedicated to the nuts and bolts of creating a stormwater utility, from communications and collaboration opportunities to rate setting and technical considerations.
