Eva works to cultivate networks for local campaigns, support land use planning efforts, and advance pro-housing groups as part of the statewide Great Homes and Neighborhoods for All initiative.
Previously, Eva served as a Community Strategies Project Manager at New Jersey Community Capital, where she led data-driven research, social impact measurement, and federal Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) reporting. She also served as Education Manager at CASA, a leading immigrant-rights organization in the Mid-Atlantic region, where she managed multi-state education programs and advanced the organization’s education policy work. She holds a B.A. in Sociology and Spanish and a M.S. in Education from Johns Hopkins University.
