New Jersey Future is looking for a skilled, organized, motivated individual to coordinate communications and member relations for Jersey Water Works, a large and growing collaborative focused on mobilizing its members to transform New Jersey’s inadequate water infrastructure. Candidates should have strong organizational, communications and teamwork skills, a professional, outgoing personality, and an interest in the collaborative’s key issues. State Policy Manager
New Jersey Future seeks an energetic, motivated individual to manage the organization’s state policy campaign work, including the 2017 gubernatorial campaign platform. Topics will include transit and water infrastructure, downtown redevelopment, resiliency to natural hazards and equitable approaches to development. We prefer a highly organized candidate with experience in legislative and policy development and campaign execution who can operate independently and collaboratively. Community Outreach Coordinator
New Jersey Future is looking for a dynamic, organized, motivated individual to coordinate community outreach and engagement activities in several North Jersey urban communities that are currently dealing with flooding, health and redevelopment issues stemming from inadequate water systems. The community outreach coordinator will be responsible for supporting community liaisons in two or more cities, convening a broader community engagement support network, and providing the liaisons and the network with educational materials, communications tools, training and peer learning. The coordinator will also staff the work of the Jersey Water Works Community Engagement Committee. We prefer a candidate with solid community experience and a track record of independent project management and a collaborative work style. The full job description can be viewed here.
