Housing and Neighborhoods
Every New Jersey resident deserves an affordable place to live, work, and play in a safe, healthy, vibrant community.
Revitalizing Downtowns
Too many people cannot find an affordable, healthy home in a safe, stable, inclusive neighborhood that meets their needs.
With a limited amount of land in our state, focusing on redevelopment and revitalizing our existing communities can help us address our most pressing housing and neighborhood challenges. Through redevelopment, we can create great neighborhoods where schools, jobs, transit, grocery stores, parks, and other essential services are high-quality and conveniently within reach.
Our work is transforming New Jersey’s cities and towns from the ground up. We provide resources, guide stakeholders and decision-makers, and advocate for change at the local, regional, and state level.
